Although cultural and creative industries are considered as drivers of social and economic progress, they have received little attention from a managerial perspective in the Ibero-American context. To develop more in-depth knowledge of this topic, we conducted a bibliometric analysis of cultural and creative industries management in Ibero-American countries, using the Scopus database and VOSviewer and Bibliometrix R tools. The findings show that, despite general growing interest in recent years, exploration of the Ibero-American network is still in the early stages. The results also shed light on the complex, multifaceted relationship between cultural and creative industries management and innovation. Finally, sustainability and digitization were identified as the most prominent research trends.
