For some months now, a large part of the national political agenda has been dictated by the Catalan pro-independence parties. Although at the moment the media focus is especially directed towards everything related to the Proposed Organic Amnesty Law for the institutional, political and social normalisation of Catalonia, there is one detail that has not gone unnoticed by those of us who carry out our professional work in the field of business law: the desire, constantly expressed by these political forces - and heard by the central government - to implement the necessary measures for the return of the Catalan companies that, in the context of the so-called procés, chose to flee that territory.
