MHCJ ranked in Quartile 2 in Dialnet Metrics

Miguel Hernández Communication Journal has been ranked in quartile 2 (Q2), according to Dialnet Metrics 2019. The metric has been calculated based on the last 4 years. The publication of international, academic and scientific character, thus rises one quartile with respect to 2018. It specializes in communication in its different aspects: journalistic, audiovisual and persuasive. It also contemplates interdisciplinary topics related to communication. Edited by researchers from the Miguel Hernández University, it belongs to the Plataforma Latina de Revistas de Comunicación (PlatCom).

The current issue addresses the theme Ludonarrative culture: meeting points between traditional media and video games. This edition contains articles that analyze the different meeting points between traditional media and video games. In particular, learning processes, animated fiction and interactive audiovisual consumption are addressed.
