MHJournal organizes the talk "How to Improve the Dissemination of Scientific Articles on Social Media."

 

The Miguel Hernández Communication Journal (MHJournal), a publication belonging to Platcom Diamante, is organizing the talk "How to Improve the Dissemination of Scientific Articles on Social Media", aimed at researchers, educators, and students interested in enhancing the visibility of their academic publications.

The event will take place on Thursday, March 20, from 11:00 to 12:30 in Aula 5 of Torreblanca and will focus on strategies to maximize the impact of scientific articles on digital platforms. It will explore the use of general social media platforms such as Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, as well as specialized academic networks like Academia.edu, applying digital communication techniques to expand reach and foster engagement with the academic community and the general public. Additionally, the session will present best practices for researchers and scientific journals to optimize their social media presence, increasing their visibility. Attendees will learn how to adapt scientific content into more engaging formats and utilize artificial intelligence as a tool to improve dissemination.

This talk is an initiative of MHJournal, the department’s scientific journal, which is part of the Platform of Scientific Communication Journals, Platcom Diamante. MHJournal is indexed in databases such as Dialnet Métricas (Q3 Communication), EBSCO, MIAR, Latindex, Rebiun, among others.
