Resumen
‘El Imperio’ es la historia en statu nascendi, por tanto se trata de un objeto de estudio de naturaleza compleja, dinámico, y multidimensional. Kapuściński disecciona la realidad social empleando las herramientas metodológicas de la empatía y de la observación social participante. Los objetivos de esta investigación es demostrar que la narración es a la vez, antropológica, histórica, periodística, politológica, filosófica y sociológica, por tanto, imposible de ser clasificada en un género o área de conocimiento concretos, debido a que la interpretación social se impone frente al consenso científico ortodoxo, a través del desempeño de la empatía y la observación social participante. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación es cualitativa e implementada por medio de un análisis que distingue y separa las partes del objeto de estudio hasta llegar a conocer sus principios y elementos. Los resultados obtenidos desde esta perspectiva cualitativa se pueden considerar como directrices doctrinales originales y ejemplares. Entre las conclusiones se destacan que los corsés clasificatorios de la obra, presentes en una gran proporción de investigaciones precedentes, son irrelevantes y que la aproximación kapuścińskiana a la historia humana se basa en la certeza de que no existen leyes históricas científicas, y que lo realmente significativo es la traducción de las otredades y sus conflictos a un código que posibilita una comprensión esencial, desprovista de prejuicios culturales, etnocentristas e ideológicos.
Summary
The Empire is the story nascendi status, therefore it is an object of study of a complex nature, dynamic and multidimensional. Kapuściński dissects the social reality using the methodological tools of empathy and social participant observation. The objectives of this research is to demonstrate that the narrative is both, anthropological, historical, journalistic, political science, philosophy and sociology, therefore, impossible to be classified in a knowledge area knowledge, because the social interpretation imposed against the orthodox scientific consensus, through the performance of empathy and social participant observation. The methodology used in this research is qualitative and implemented by means of an analysis that distinguishes and separates the parts of the object of study to get to know their principles and elements. The results from this qualitative approach may be considered as originals and copies doctrinal guidelines. Among the findings highlighted that corsets qualifiers of the work, present in a large proportion of previous research are irrelevant and that the approximation kapuścińskiana human history is based on the certainty that there is no scientific historical laws, and that what is really significant is the translation of otherness and conflict to a code that enables a critical understanding, devoid of cultural prejudice, ethnocentric and ideological.
