Transition Plan to university based on general competencies: case study for degrees in Communication

Abstract
Secondary schools are currently working on plans for the transition from Primary to Secondary in order to help new students adapt, but there are no specific proposals from high school to university. The objective of this article is the design of an innovative proposal focused on an access transition plan. For this purpose, the IES Misteri d'Elx is taken as a reference and, as a case study, the studies in Communication and, specifically, the Degree in Audiovisual Communication of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. The work focuses on the realization of a program that allows knowing, from the academic point of view, the level of assimilation of basic skills which students access the university. As a result of the literature review, regulations and content analysis, is proposed a transition plan based on general skills, notes for team organization and a survey as a tool for collecting information.
