Roles of the Social Media for the change of world Hegemony

Abstract
Justification. Based on a historical review at the geopolitical and media levels of recent years, we analyze the MCS to understand the responsibility they have towards society and history, not only from the past but above all from the present and future, since the performative power that the media have together with the neurosciences establish the frameworks to disseminate or slow down political, economic, etc. discourses. The objectives that we set ourselves go in two directions, to investigate and learn about the framework and influence of MCS on society; on the other hand, to identify the historical moments that describe the changes of hegemonic cycles, following the Hegelian historical dialectic, to ask ourselves later what is the next world hegemony? The work methodology is marked by Clinical Philosophy. Finally, we will point out the conclusions regarding the deontology of the MCS in relation to the phenomenon of change or slowdown of the historical cycle. All hegemonies have and had a beginning and had an end.
