Abstract
La furia de las imágenes (Fontcuberta, 2016) satura la esfera de lo cotidiano en el contexto de las sociedades contemporáneas, ávidas de consumo bajo un paraguas tecnológico que posibilita cada vez más la producción ad infinitum y el visionado incesante de la imagen en movimiento. El ámbito de la comunicación visual y su enseñanza requiere de una revisión constante, capaz de dotar al individuo de una perspectiva crítica y capacidad de análisis sobre aquello que ocupa a través de su mirada. En esta necesidad nace el objetivo principal de esta obra, inscrita en la colección manuales de la editorial UOC y escrita por la profesora Laura Cortés-Selva. Doctora en Comunicación Audiovisual y autora clave dentro del ámbito de la fotografía cinematográfica.
