Las televisiones gracias a la aparición de Internet, tienen a su disposición una herramienta que hoy en día se ha hecho imprescindible para su presencia entre la sociedad. Fruto de esto, el telespectador se ha convertido en usuario y quiere sentirse cada día más partícipe. En este estudio se ha elegido la Compañía Radio Televisión de Galicia, pionera en la adaptación a la aparición de internet que después de dieciséis años con presencia en la red, ha tenido que reinventar su página web debido a los grandes avances y al nuevo papel que juega el usuario. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se ha realizado un análisis formal de esta web antes y después de su renovación, viendo así los cambios que ha sufrido, la adaptación a los cambios de la red y a las demandas de los usuarios.
Abstract
Televisions with the advent of the Internet, have at their disposal a tool that today has become essential to their presence in society. The result of this, the viewer has become user and want to feel increasingly participant. In this study, the Company has chosen Radio Television de Galicia, a pioneer in adapting to the emergence of the internet that after sixteen years with web presence, has had to reinvent their website because of the breakthroughs and the new role plays the user. To conduct this research, there has been a formal analysis of this site before and after its renovation, and seeing the changes it has undergone, adaptation to changing network and user demands.
