Resumen

Se hace necesario revisar el efecto prolongado y/o secuelas por COVID-19 así como sus repercusiones en la calidad de vida y salud mental, de ahí que se busca delimitar el rol crucial de la actividad física en los programas de promoción de la salud en adultos mayor postpandemia.
