Timely follow-up and personalized support during a relapse helps reduce fears and increases confidence in returning to physical activity. Likewise, direct communication with patients can improve treatment outcomes for people with MS. Considering the above, it is clear that it is important to include physical activity and multiple physical exercises in mental health programs to mitigate the effects of uncertainty, stress, anxiety, and depression in patients with multiple sclerosis. Likewise, interdisciplinary biomedical participation will ensure successful interventions.
