Digital Journal of Marine Governance

Current Issue

Vol. 3 No. 1 (2025)
Published December 26, 2025

The Revista de Ordenación del Sector Marítimo (ROSM) Digital Journal of Marine Governance, is born under the auspices of the Chair of Blue Economy-UA-UMH-Valencian Government's Ministry of Sustainable Economy in 2023 to address a cross-cutting field that has been scarcely attended to in the realm of publications: the planning and governance of the marine environment as both a natural resource and an economic asset. The journal provides a platform for articles and studies on ideas, innovations, and scientific advancements that impact sustainable and environmentally respectful exploitation of the marine environment, the design of public policies that affect it, and a comprehensive perspective encompassing its governance by authorities, economic utilization, and diverse human uses, including conservation. It welcomes submissions regardless of the scientific discipline or research field they originate from, with the aim of achieving appropriate academic recognition and dissemination.
