About the Journal

Spanish Journal of Legislative Studies is an electronic journal created in 2019, published annually, which aims to disseminate academic research focused on the analysis of the regulatory content and social impact of legislation, whether current or historical, national or international, with special emphasis on legislative changes and regulatory interpretation.

All the content of the Main Articles section of the Spanish Journal of Legislative Studies is subject to a double-blind peer-review process.

Edited by the Department of Legal Science of the Miguel Hernández University, Spanish Journal of Legislative Studies is a journal aimed at researchers and legal professionals, with the aim of promoting knowledge of legislation, its implication in society, background and changes.
