Abstract

The work proposes recommendations for political dialogue between Cuba and the European Union based on the values in the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement signed between both parties. It delves into the role of these values as catalysts for sustainable development in Cuban society. At the same time, it underlines its repercussions in times of crisis based on the extrinsic and intrinsic functions that they must develop in the context of European Union-Cuba relations.
