MAIN NEWS IN CORPORATE LEGISLATION AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE CREATE AND GROW LAW, AND THE FUTURE APPROVAL OF BILLS ON STARTUPS AND DIGITAL EFFICIENCY OF THE PUBLIC JUSTICE SERVICE

Abstract

In this article we highlight the main modifications in the Capital Companies Law that incorporates the Law for the creation and growth of companies, and those that can be brought about by the Startup Bills; and digital efficiency at the service of the Administration of Justice, aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, facilitating the founding of companies and reducing obstacles and regulatory disincentives for it, all in accordance with the EU's own objectives established in the important Directive ( EU) 2019/1151, “Digitization of Companies”, within the framework of a globalized and digitized world.
