Spanish Journal of Legislative Studies is an electronic journal created in 2019, published annually, which aims to disseminate academic research focused on the analysis of the regulatory content and social impact of legislation, whether current or historical, national or international, with special emphasis on legislative changes and regulatory interpretation.
All contributions published in the Journal have undergone a double-blind peer review process.
Edited by the Department of Legal Science of the Miguel Hernández University, Spanish Journal of Legislative Studies is a journal aimed at researchers and legal professionals, open to receiving submissions in English or in any other commonly used language with the aim of promoting knowledge of legislation, its implication in society, background and changes.
