In this article we will make use of Judgment 299/2021, of 18 March 2021, of the Murcia Provincial Court. The aim of this study is to reflect the importance and need for a joint study of the regulations on structural modifications and the regulations on insolvency. The relationship between both commercial aspects is evident in situations similar to the one we are going to present.
