This article comments on the JCJEU of 24 November 2022 (Case C-358/21). This court decision examines the requirements set in Article 23.2 of the Lugano II Convention to be fulfilled for the validity of a clause conferring jurisdiction inserted in a commercial contract to whose general terms and conditions a hyperlink on a website refers.Downloads
