Resumen
Un sector joven, necesitado de un permanente reciclaje, pero desmotivado en ocasiones para ello por la falta de tiempo, de recursos y de incentivos con los que poder afrontar una adaptación que, por otro lado, es necesaria y se está llevando a cabo en el ámbito de las Nuevas Tecnologías. Éste es parte del retrato que se hace de los profesionales del Periodismo, que también es significado por sus problemas de conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar y por las carencias de visibilidad sobre sus propias circunstancias, a la par que posee una imagen social un tanto deteriorada, de la cual es consciente. Todo ello nos plantea la necesidad de una mayor unión y el consejo de una cierta idea de pacto o de autorregulación sobre el ejercicio profesional y acerca de ciertos aspectos deontológicos. Sin duda, la labor de las entidades profesionales para esta mejora es sustancial.

Abstract
A young sector, needed from a permanent recycling, but not motivated in occasions for it due to the lack of time, of resources and of incentives with which to be able to confront an adjustment that, on the other hand, is necessary and is carried out in the area of the New Technologies. This one is a part of the portrait that is made of the professionals of the Journalism, which also is meant by their problems of conciliation of the labor and familiar life and by the lacks of visibility on their own circumstances, at the same time that possesses a social rather damaged image, of which it is conscious. All this raises the need of a major union and the advice of a certain idea of agreement or auto-regulation on the professional exercise and brings over of certain ethical aspects. Undoubtedly, the labor of the professional entities for this improvement is substantial.
